Planning a spa visit for two at your Bali villa
A shared spa afternoon can be simple to organise when both guests’ preferences are clear. The key is to confirm treatments, timing and therapist availability together.
Start with two individual choices
One guest may want a Traditional Massage while the other prefers a facial or a longer package. Read the descriptions separately, then send both choices in one message. This helps the team understand the full appointment rather than assuming the same service for everyone.
Include each person’s preferred duration and any practical requests. If one treatment has no published duration, ask for the timing before planning the rest of your day. It is easier to coordinate the visit once both sessions are understood.
Ask whether you can be treated at the same time
A request for two guests is not a guarantee of two therapists at the same time. Say explicitly whether simultaneous appointments matter to you. The Ananda team needs to confirm staffing, the start time and how the visit will be organised.
If only consecutive appointments are available, check the total time needed and decide whether that works with your plans. You may prefer a quieter day without a scheduled outing immediately afterwards.
Understand the per-person price
Menu prices are per person. For example, two Traditional Massage treatments at the listed price of IDR 200.000 each give a treatment subtotal of IDR 400.000. Any travel charges still need to be confirmed separately.
The website form calculates an estimate when everyone selects the same treatment. For different choices, use the message to list the treatment for each guest and ask the team for a combined total. Do not assume a group discount unless it is confirmed.
Coordinate the space and the final details
Check the villa’s visitor policy and tell the team what space is available. Ask whether the proposed setup works for two people. A shared booking can still include different preferences for privacy, pressure and products.
Confirm the address, date, Bali time, guest count, chosen services and total price in one conversation. Your shared appointment is ready only after the team has agreed those details with you.
