Start with the experience you want
Think about what you want to make time for. A massage focuses on the treatment itself, while a package combines several services into one appointment. If this is your first visit, reading the individual treatment descriptions is more useful than choosing by price alone.
Traditional Massage and Aromatherapy Treatment are each listed at 60 minutes. Hot Stone Massage is listed at 90 minutes. If you want a longer visit with body care, explore the Ananda packages and check what each one includes.
Send one clear booking message
Include the treatment name, preferred date, time in Bali time, number of guests and exact address. A villa name alone can be ambiguous, so add the street or a location pin in WhatsApp. Mention whether the property is a hotel, private villa or your own home.
For more than one guest, say whether everyone wants the same treatment and whether you hope to be treated together. Simultaneous appointments depend on therapist availability and need a separate confirmation.
Check the details before confirming
Ask the team to confirm the appointment, total price, treatment duration and any travel charges. Prices on the menu are in Indonesian Rupiah per person. The website form prepares a WhatsApp enquiry; it does not reserve a therapist automatically.
If your plans may change, ask about the arrangements for rescheduling before you agree. You can also clarify payment methods in the same conversation so there are no unresolved practical details when the therapist arrives.
Leave room around the appointment
Choose a time when you can use your space without being interrupted. Avoid placing the appointment directly against check-out, a tour pick-up or a dinner reservation. Allow time for arrival and the agreed setup as well as the treatment itself.
